Andrea Hutchens, RYT 500 from Sedona Arizona brings over 15 years of yoga experience to Yoga Hale. With a degree in psychology from ASU, she recognizes yoga as a preventative science that promotes good health and well being on every level. Her teaching credits include various restorative and couples workshops, Chi Kung, Psoas trauma release ( TRP), Yoga with free weights, and a unique children’s yoga program called Mini-Yogis. Andrea loves to teach, enjoys meeting new people and sharing the benefits of yoga. She believes life is about gratitude, compassion and honoring your body on and off the mat. She is also a member of the National registry Yoga Alliance.
