1-hour Strictly Yin Yoga | Wednesdays
Join us Hump Days, Wednesday afternoons, for 1-hour Strictly Yin Yoga. This class is the perfect mid-week session to get you through the rest of the busy work week! Structured similarly to our Yin & Yang Yoga Class, but in a shorter 1-hour session, this class is taught strictly on the floor and utilizes long 3-5 minute holds that help to soften your connective tissue and rejuvenute the body. This class is great for beginners, hard core athletes that are always on the go and or super cranial people that have high profile jobs!
Duration: 60 minutes
Hot Yoga | Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday
Hot style yoga or just plain Hot Yoga, utilizes state-of-the-art infrared heaters with ionic air purifying heaters. The postures used in our Hot Yoga class eventually create a moving meditation along with breathing awareness. These intense and structured class mostly consist of 26 static postures with a dash of flow, repeated twice with longer holds the first time and shorter holds the second time. Also offered as a Power Hour session which is the same Hot Yoga you love, but in a condensed 1-hour class.

Join our first Community Class, offering yoga instruction from student teachers earning their certification hours. These classes are by donation only.

NEW! Hot Fusion Yoga Power Hour | Mondays
This exciting new class fuses together a few of our popular classes. Half static posses with some of the 26 postures along with some Vinyasa Flow to enhance the upper and lower body and give yourself an overall complete body experience.

Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga | Wednesdays
& Saturdays
Hot Vinyasa Flow will offer the same techniques used for our Vinyasa Flow Yoga class, but will utilize state-of-the-art ionic purifying heaters. Although this class uses heaters, we won't utilize the same amount that's used for our Hot Yoga classes, but you'll still get the same rigorous workout. So get ready for an intense class with various poses with heat. Also now being offered as a Silent Flow class on Saturday mornings with little instruction and 1-hour Power Hour on Fridays evenings. Ideal for more experienced yoga students.
Duration: 75 minutes& 60 minutes (weekends)
Vinyasa Flow Yoga | Monday, Wednesday & Friday
A moving flow of combined hatha yoga postures bridged together with breathing exercises.
Duration: 75 minutes
Yin Yang Yoga | Sundays only
A light hatha warm up to warm the body in preparation for static, on the floor stretches-posture that allow the body to soften into connective tissues to allow the old stagnant out and the new softness in.
Duration: 90 minutes
*Please do not drink or eat up to an hour before class especially if coming to a hot class. Drink lots of fluids the day before and of course after. Mahalo
