Yoga Hale Classes

Yoga Hale, located in Kona on Hawaii's Big Island, offers 1-2 classes per day, 7 days a week in our relaxing home studio. Our studio can accommodate up to 15 people per class in a comfortable poolside environment. Yoga mats are available as well as props & towels (for a nominal rental fee). Our tranquil outdoor poolside setting offers stunning water and sunset views and a garden landscape with statues of Quanyen, Ganesh & Buhdah displayed throughout. We also feature indoor/outdoor Sisal carpet next to the pool and state-of-the-art infrared ionic purifying heaters for our "Hot Yoga" class.

Now Offering 6 types of classes, Yoga Hale provides a calming environment and class structure that novices and yoga experts can enjoy. Our Morning sessions last between 60 to 90 minutes, while evening classes last an hour. $5  Trial session coupon

Introducing our newest class, Hot Vinyasa. This new class mixes the elements of Vinyasa Flow with our state-of-the-art infrared heaters with ionic air purifyers. Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays for this exciting new session.

Join us 6 times a week for Vinyasa Flow, which employs the Vinyasa technique of "connecting postures" and is taught with constant movement or flow, and slightly shorter holds.

Hot Yoga, offered 5 times weekly, utilizes state-of-the-art infrared heaters with ionic air purifying heaters for a more intense meditative experience.

Join us on Sunday mornings for our 30-minute Meditation session, designed to reduce stress and relax the body through breathing. Allow our intructors to guide you to your true self through relaxation and breathing.

Ashtanga Yoga is offered on Wednesday mornings and features Ashtanga series level 1 postures and some level 2 postures. This class is taught with a compassionate instructor with many years of Ashtanga Yoga knowledge. This class is perfect for yoga students of any level.

And lastly, our final class of the week held on Sundays is Yin Yang Yoga. Taught partially on the floor holding postures for 3-5 minutes concentrating mostly on the connective tissue in the working joints. This class begins with a light hatha yoga flow with sun salutations to warm the body in preparation for static, on the floor stretches-posture that allow the body to soften into connective tissues to allow the old stagnant out and the new softness in.

Class Styles

Ashtanga Yoga | Wednesdays Only
Ashtanga, Yoga is offered on Wednesday mornings and features Ashtanga series level 1 postures and some level 2 postures. This class is taught with a compassionate instructor with many years of Ashtanga Yoga knowledge. This new class offers a great workout with Ashtanga fundamentals and plenty of upper body work. This practice focuses on the Bandahs and keeping the body injured free. This class is perfect for yoga students of any level.

Hot Yoga | Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
Hot style yoga or just plain Hot Yoga, utilizes state-of-the-art infrared heaters with ionic air purifying heaters. The postures used in our Hot Yoga class eventually create a moving meditation along with breathing awareness. These sessions mostly consist of static poses, longer holds and breathing.

NEW! Hot Vinyasa | Tuesday & Thursday
A combination of our popular Vinyasa Flow with Hot Yoga. This class uses our state-of-the-art infrared heaters with ionic air purifyers for a more intense meditative experience.

Meditiation | Sundays only
Our instructors will guide you through a relaxing experience through breathing exercises and being still. Feel your heart and connect to your intuitions to find your true authentic self. Stunning views and a garden landscape with statues of Quanyen, Ganesh & Buhdah displayed throughout.

Vinyasa Flow | Monday, Wednesday & Friday
A moving flow of combined hatha yoga postures bridged together with breathing exercises.

Yin Yang Yoga | Sundays only
A light hatha yoga flow with sun salutations to warm the body in preparation for static, on the floor stretches-posture that allow the body to soften into connective tissues to allow the old stagnant out and the new softness in.
