This class is called Pele after the Goddess of FIRE. 60/90 is a fun way to choose either 60 min or 90 min, because there is a break in-between flows. The flow is similar to Vinyasa with a Fast Flow, Slow Flow, Shavasana Break, Core Flow & Deep Flow. Some of the flow is with teacher so that the flow can be faster. Essential Oils are used as well as seated breath work for the first couple minutes starting class. You will find your inner strength and power in this class. This class is HOT, minimum temperature is 101. If you are new to Hot and or new to Yoga it is recommended you let the teacher know in advance of class starting.
