Similar to our Vinyasa I & II class, but this one is heated and the teacher is practicing with you. Take your inner warrior to a new level by adding infrared heat. Infrared is a long range heat wave that heats the body from the inside out, it reduces inflammation in sore muscles and helps create circulation and lymph (toxin) drainage. We incorporate a lot of the Bikram static poses in this class with our own flow. Must have towel and proper hydration. No food an hour prior. Must have Yoga basics and experience to be able to follow along.
