ACRO-YOGA INTENSIVE is a 90-Minute partner-balancing class for all ages, all sizes, both sexes & all strengths! This class is great for the beginner just getting their “Folded Leaf” to the advanced Acro-Yogi working on “Pops”. Focal points are body alignment, foot alignment, stability, timing & partner communication while creating amazing shapes & postures with your body while balanced on your partner’s feet or hands. Helps to establish flexibility, strength, stamina & trust with your partner! You do not need a partner to attend. You will be paired up upon arrival.
